The objective of the IIRSM-approved Mental Health Awareness Training for Education Professionals (which includes teachers and other school staff) is to break the stigma associated with mental illness in primary and secondary schools, as well as colleges and universities, and to raise awareness of mental illness in these educational settings. In addition to that, it provides supplemental materials and a wellness toolbox that may be used to better manage day-to-day mental health.

Sadly, 67% of educators overall—including teachers—describe themselves as stressed. When you take into account that 74% of education professionals believe they do not receive adequate training about mental health and wellness at work, this figure only becomes worse.

The demands placed on employees in the education sector might be particularly high, which is bad for their general well-being. In actuality, on average, teachers work over 30% more than 51 hours each week.

The wellness of teachers and other education workers has to be prioritised greatly since they are near breaking point. Our Mental Health Awareness Training for Education is divided into four understandable and beautifully animated portions that are meant to inform learners about the many mental health issues, the science of how we think, and where to find outside assistance. Every person who works in the education field is a good fit for the course.
